"The Summoner"
Eutychus is dependent on blue flies for his survival. He has the most starting Tears and Luck in the game, but is mediocre in terms of other stats. His attack flies are more effective than those generated by other characters, as they can kill slightly more enemies before they die. To help prevent certain death early on, he has Halo of Flies to block projectiles. He also has very good progression on becoming Lord of the Flies from the start.

- Lucky Hand: Defeat Satan as Eutychus. (Passive Item: Increases Luck by two.)
- Glass Shard: Defeat Isaac as Eutychus. (Trinket: Gives each tear shot a chance to have its damage doubled.)
- Dead Fly: Defeat ??? as Eutychus. (Trinket: Increases the chance of finding eternal hearts by 20%.)
- Dusty Heriloom: Complete the Boss Rush as Eutychus. (Activated Item: Isaac gains the effect of Mom's Contacts until he leaves the room. 6 room charge.)
- Twisted Mind: Defeat The Lamb as Eutychus. (Passive Item: Tears down. Isaac shoots 4 tears that revolve around him, similar to a Nightcrawler.)
